Activity details:

1 . Dr. T. Madhuri, SMS- Sericulture attended as resource person to Awareness Programme on Mulberry Cultivation & Silkworm Rearing to Sericulture Farmers at Basulapally Thanda of Thalakondapally Mandal of Ranga Reddy District on 28.05.2024 and  highlighted the importance of soil testing & soil health cards, INM & IPM practices in mulberry, disinfection of rearing shed & management of micro climatic conditions during silkworm rearing

2. Sri. A. Mutyalu, Asst. Director of Sericulture, Ranga Reddy Dist. explained the subsidies available to sericulture farmers under central Scheme Silk Samagra-2.
3. As a part of a programme visited mulberry gardens & rearing sheds of farmers & given suggestions on maintenance of optimum temperature & Relative Humidity during rearing.
