SAIRD-KVK organised 3 days ( 27.04.2024 to 30.04.2024 ) Golden Jubilee Celebrations in view of completion of 50 years in establishment of Krishi Vigyan Kendras in India at KVK campus as a part of mandatory activity.  In this meeting KVK incharge programme coordinator D Naresh explained about the importance of KVK system in India. Krishi Vigyan Kendras will organise Training Programmes, Awareness programmes, Kisan melas, Farmer scientist interactions, Field days, Diagnostic & Scientists visits and explain about latest technologies in agriculture for better yield. Further,explained about the KVK system in the country, achievements, Golden Jubilee year and torch along with the mandated programme. Explained about various activities for self-employment were done at KVK Gaddipally to rural youth. Later, farmers shared their experience about benefits received from KVK regarding cultivation practices. Later KVK Scientists, shown the latest agriculture machinery like cotton shredder and explained it’s benefits to farmers.
